Voyage of Power in ATLAS is the main Quest and will be started automatically. If they do not start from itself you need to activate it while you travel to the Center Maw zone listed on the current in-game map.

It will show you the Power Stones on the map with little Points and a hover text with the number of the stone. The white Point (Ghost Ship is not the correct location of the Power Stone it only show you a part of the route from the ship)
