Journeyman Weapon Damage

I don't know if this was bugged or just terrible luck, but I had a Journeyman Flintlock blueprint that was only 100% damage. If it was bugged, I can believe it, but if it wasn't, then the range on Journeyman weapons starts at 100. --DevlinOnline (talk) 18:26, 28 February 2019 (UTC)
