Manta Ray are one of the types of naturally aggressive Fish found in ATLAS. They are commonly found near the shores of Islands, however they can be encountered further out at sea.

Basic Information

Behavior

Naturally aggressive. Similar to other fish they will attempt to flee into deeper water if they takes too much damage.

Combat

Their attacks can sometimes be dodged by swimming backwards away from them. Manta Rays are easily slain, they only require a few sword swings or shots from a bow to kill.

Additionally, you can try to lure a Manta Ray to shore which will instantly kill it, leaving it open for harvesting with little-to no effort.

Domestication

Manta Ray are not a tamable creature currently.
