Lawless Water Claim Tower is a structure craftable by Pathfinders with the prerequisite skill. The towers give ownership over an area to the company who places the tower.
- This item is similar to the Lawless Claim Tower
Summary[ | ]
Any structures within the claim radius will become owned by the company that placed tower when the claim finishes staking. It will also prevent placement of Structures inside the claim area by any other company or player.
- You cannot place a tower inside the radius of another, however the ownership areas can overlap.
Staking[ | ]
Once a tower is placed it takes 45 minutes, assuming no interference, for the tower to stake the claim. Any damage to the tower will pause the staking progress. This is visually represented in-game by the flag slowly being run up the flagpole on top. You do not need to put go into the tower for it to stake a claim.
When a new tower is initially placed a region wide message "COMPANY has staked a claim of ISLAND" then again when it finishes staking another message "COMPANY now rules a patch of ISLAND" will trigger.
