- Per Devs on the 5/3/2019 ingame content was just a placeholder in the cosmetics vendor inventory and has not yet been released.
- Shown fully in the 5/3/2019 Dev Stream.
You can buy Heavy Cyclops Pants Skin in Freeport or Merchant Ship with Gold Coin.
First you need to fight Cyclops to defeat and recive Cyclops Token. After that you can buy the skin you want.
You can use the armor skin when you pressing i to access your inventory and per drag and drop 
above your armory.
