Giant Crabs (or simply Crabs) are one of the mythical creatures in ATLAS

Damage it with the subs claws until its health is in the red and then punch it to stun it for 90 seconds. Keep Squid Innards in hotkey slot 0 press e to feed. You must have taming Level 3. Apparently does not tame with other foods (tested with Vegetables.)

Once tamed, crabs eat Rotten_Meat.

using a diving equipment to go to the trench, damaging it with spear bolts and then swim near it with a equiped sword also stuns them.

Utility

It can carry heavy loads across great distances through the use of its jump mechanic. It can grab players, tames and wild creatures with both claws. On a PvE server, the Crab will only carry Company or personal tames and players. On a PvP server it can pick up non-friendly players.

Combat

The Crab has two attacks. Right-click on the mouse and it will smash with its right claw; Left-click and it will smash with its left claw. Pressing both the right and left mouse buttons and it will smash doubling its damage.
