Basic Information[]
Behavior[]
Crocodiles are aggressive. They will attack other NPCs and players if close. Usually, they spawn in the water but can wander to further inland areas.
They will attack structures if their target is inside or behind them. They are also reskins of the Sarcosuchus
Appearance[]
Large reptile with a long snout and tail, small legs, and a crest of spines on its head. Looks similar to a real-world crocodile.

Taming[]
Crocodiles can now be tamed using the Bola, and Prime Shark Meat with the release of the Tradewinds update v524.10
- Requires Taming Tier 3 skill in the Beastmastery tree.
- No Saddle is currently required.
Utility[]
Combat[]
On Land, they lunge at the player dealing a huge chunk of damage. In the Water, they tend to strafe the player or ship.
Wild[]
Crocodiles are slow-moving and slow-turning when on land and are easily be outrun by the player. Whilst they move a lot faster in water and cannot be outrun by the player while swimming regardless of swimming skill.
