This is the final stage for building the Burial Mound.
- Once built, changes all meat dropped by creatures on the island to rotten meat, also changes all raw meat in players inventories into rotten meat.

After placing the base the following items can be built: 
Burial Mound Framework, and Burial Mound each with a timer before the next stage can be placed.
