Overview[edit | edit source]

Buoy is a Structure used in Building in ATLAS.

In order to build in Atlas, you must craft individual building tiles or structures to combine into larger structures, whether those are Ships or Forts on land.

Function[edit | edit source]

Buoys are floating beacons that can be crafted and placed onto water.

The beacons of light can be colored using the paintbrush.

Buoys provide storage space in water regions and can be pin coded for storing mats for trade or hunting.

They can be placed in any shallow pool or deep water from a puddle on land, even in power stone islands or out to mark a shipwreck site in the deep ocean.

When over dive sites, it allows you to quickly drop of materials without boarding ships.

Provides ambient light at night to mark shallow water and rocks. Can also be used as traffic lanes for harbors.

Can be used as trade posts to trade ammo, maps and materials with pin codes for access and has 2 signs for advertising.
