The Accordion is a musical instrument. It is equipped on the character like a weapon.
Usage
Performing a song requires placing a song on the accordion icon on the hotbar. The musician pulls out the instrument and left clicks to start the musical minigame. Successful completion of the song creates a Music Buff to friendly players in the area and consumes the music blueprint. You can also free-play the accordion by right clicking and you will see an interface with every note you can play.
